• There is NO SMOKING in the house.  Smoking will result in a charge appropriate to the scope of the damage.

• No pets allowed.

• No guests allowed under 25 years old without parent or guardian.

• No bachelor parties.

• Neighborhood curfew laws dictate 10:00PM-7:00AM are quiet hours.  We ask you be respectful of our neighbors, in this regard.

• We do not operate as an Event Venue.  No more than 15 people at the house at any time.

• If you intend to host unregistered persons at the property, you must disclose the number of extra people anticipated.  The Primary Guest takes full responsibility for any damage caused by all other guests.

• No more than six vehicles at the property, please.  (4 in the driveway + 2 street parking)

• Please do not pee in the yard.  (Yes, I have to actually state this, apparently)
