The house is equipped with many features that are available to you, as our guest.  We've laid out a few items just for your enjoyment, as well.  We want your stay to be as pleasant and relaxing as possible, as we share the home that we love with people who will hopefully find it just as wonderful.

House Features​

​

• The entire house is supplied with filtered water, as well as a salt-based water softener, giving you refreshing water from the tap and showers that will leave you feeling soft and smooth.•

• Upon entry, you will find plush memory foam slippers that you may use for indoor and outdoor use on the patio.  They are washed and sanitized after each stay.

• We've set out some bath bombs, with essential oils and shea butter, to enjoy with the deep soak tub in the main 3rd floor bathroom.

• Each bathroom will supply you with travel amenities, just in case you forgot something at home, including makeup wipes, razors, flossers, combs, and shower caps.  Feminine hygiene products can also be found in the 2nd floor bathroom cabinet.

• In each bedroom, you will find pairs of spa slippers for your use.  Please feel free to take them home with you, as well, if you’d like.

• There are built-in speakers around the house.  You are able to pair with them freely using Apple AirPlay or through the Spotify app, using the Connect option (other music apps have similar functions as well).

• You can also find a waterproof bluetooth speaker for you to use, located under the microwave in the kitchen.

• There are fireplaces on the 1st and 3rd floors, as well as a fire pit in the backyard.  The 3rd floor is operated by a switch on the right side of the fireplace (it lights itself).  The gas for the 1st floor fireplace is controlled by a dial at the bottom-right in the fireplace.  The outdoor fire pit is controlled by a turnkey tucked away at the base of the fixture.  You will find a lighter in the living room that you can use to ignite the 1st floor fireplace and fire pit.  Please be careful when igniting and TURN OFF GAS IF YOU ARE LEAVING THE HOUSE.

• You will find unlocked and empty drawers in the 3rd floor main bedroom for use, as well as a walk-in closet.  The 2nd floor bedrooms have closets with luggage racks and cubbies to help you stay organized during your stay.

• The rooftop patio is equipped with edge lighting.  The switch can be found at the top of the staircase.

• The 3rd floor patio has a smart TV available for use.  Remove the cover using the two velcro straps at the bottom.

• There is a propane grill in the backyard for use.  Please be careful when igniting and dispose of grease in a proper receptacle.

• The 3rd floor bathroom is equipped with a retractable shade in the skylight.  You can find the controller on the counter, attached to a green keychain.

• On the first floor, you will find the Theater Room.  It has soundproofing treatment, being designed with a gap between it and the rest of the house.  The TV has all the common streaming apps available for sign-in.

• At the rear of the backyard, you will find an outdoor shower, meant for rinsing before and after you enjoy some pool time.

• As the backyard is naturally shaded by bamboo and oak trees, it is necessary for us to have a roaming floor cleaner in the pool.  If necessary, this unit can be pulled from the pool and set aside for NO LONGER THAN 4 HOURS.  Longer may result in damage to the unit.  If the debris is not an issue to you, please reach out to have the unit completely removed for the duration of your stay.

• You will find multiple thermostats throughout the house, each controlling a respective floor.

Location of Extra Amenities

• If having packages delivered during your stay, you will find a laminated sign and magnets in a table drawer by the entryway that you can use to post on our mailbox, instructing couriers to drop packages at the door, instead of into our locked dropbox.

• Coffee and Tea can be found in the nook next to the kitchen, to the far left of the range.

• Spices and Baking Goods (sugar/flour) can be found in the pull-out cabinet to the right of the range, under the counter.

• Cutting boards can be found in the left drawers of the kitchen island.  PLEASE USE CUTTING BOARDS ON KITCHEN COUNTER.  DO NOT CUT DIRECTLY ON COUNTERTOP

• Laundry pods can be found on the shelf in the laundry room, as well as in the drawer to the left of the adjacent sink.

• Turkish Pool Towels can be found in the 2nd Floor Bathroom cabinets.  They are blue with white tassels.

• Extra hand towels can be found in the 2nd Floor Bathroom cabinets and in the 3rd Floor bathroom in an unlocked drawer to the left of the tub.

• Hair Dryers can be found in the 2nd and 3rd Floor bathrooms, in the towel cabinet and in a drawer to the right of the right sink, respectively.

• Trash bins can be found on the south side of the house.

Additional Notes​​

• As the house is typically lived in by the owner, the garage will not be accessible during guest stays, as it is used for storage.

• There is a hot tub on premise, but it is not functional, so we do not advertise it or include it in photos of the property.

• There is a doorbell camera and four cameras on the sides of the house, including 2 in the backyard, for security.

• The sliding doors in the dining room area can be tricky if you have not used them before, so please be consult our guide when handling them.

• The Pool may be heated for an additional cost of $200 for the first day and $100 for every day after that.  Please reach out if this is something you are interested in.

• Personnel from property services come by on a set schedule every week.  The schedule is as follows:

  • Pool Services on Tuesdays and Fridays

  • Landscaping on Fridays

  • Trash Bin Services on Mondays and Tuesdays
